Horisont Eiendomsmegling is PrivatMegleren’s office in Sagene — at Bergensgata 1, a stone’s throw from the Akerselva river.

Our agents have solid local knowledge and more than 40 years of combined experience selling every kind of home. The company was founded in 2010 and is led by managing director Espen Tønsaker Aas. Our professional lead is Christian Lindell, estate agent MNEF. Together with Aleksander Setsaas, Stian Storlien, Mattias Mattsson and Kristoffer M. Zaar Abrahamsen there are six of us — and all six are partners.

Our neighbourhood is Sagene, Bjølsen, Torshov and Iladalen — this is where we have sold the most homes. But we sell all over Oslo, from St. Hanshaugen and Majorstuen to Nordstrand, Bjerke and Grefsen. We know the prices, the buildings and the housing co-ops — and we know what buyers ask about.
